Santa Maria's Famous Pinquito Beans

1 lbs. Pinquito beans
½ medium brown onion
½ lb. Ground beef
½ lb. Bbq2you linguica
6 oz. Can tomato juice
¼ tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Hitching post seasoning
½ tsp. Coarse black pepper
4 oz. Can diced chilis
1 clove garlic-minced
Bring Beans To A Boil. Thaw Linguica And Cut Into Bite Size Pieces And Add To Beans. Cook Ground Beef, Saute Onions, Chilis And Garlic, Add To Beans. During Last Hour Add Salt, Pepper And Tomato Juice.
