Awesome Aussie Gourmet Dog Biscuits Recipe

8 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour
3 Cups of Organic Chicken Stock
1/2 Cup of Pumpkin
1/4 Cup of Organic Carrots-Shredded
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of ground Flaxseed

Frosting
1 8 oz package of Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of shredded Organic Carrots

Preheat oven 375

Mix all wet ingredients thoroughly

slowly add Whole Wheat Flour

Knead dough for 1 minute

Roll dough out to 1/8" thickness and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.

Bake for 90 minutes rotating cookie sheets twice while baking. (If you are using very small cookie shapes bake for 60 minutes.) Let cookies cool in oven for several hours.

For frosting let cream cheese stand at room temperature for 45 minutes (or until softened). Beat cream cheese on high speed until light and fluffy. Pipe frosting onto biscuit. Top with Organic Carrots. Store biscuits in a zip lock bag or airtight container in the refrigerator. Or freeze biscuits for up to 8 weeks. (If freezing do not frost biscuits)

Yields 6 to 7 dozen medium shaped biscuits

* If your dog is allergic to Chicken beef or lamb stock can be substituted for the chicken stock.
