Ian Walmsley brings woodworking to another level with his philosophy of using "green wood", ie; wood that is sustainable and environmentally friendly. With 25 years of cabinetmaking, Ian specializes in residential furniture and casework. He enjoys contemporary and Asian influenced design. Born in England, his work has taken him as far as Micronesia, although most of his work is in the Los Angeles area.
Ian and his family reside in Culver City, CA but his family values extend to his loyal staff. Today, he and his talented staff are responsible for the production of our Table Salt Boxes. Ian is responsible for the beautiful re-imagined "Tiger Reed" Table Salt Box.
