Peppadews Spice Things Up

Newly
arrived peppadews from South Africa cross jalapeno chile peppers' bite with
red bell peppers' sweetness. They're available in hot or mild flavor, but we
suggest reserving the hot variety for cooking; mild peppadews still pack
plenty of heat. Find them in 15-ounce jars in gourmet stores.
